The location is spot-on-right by the beach and boardwalk, making it easy to explore. The view from the ocean-side balcony is stunning, and the pools are fantastic. the check-in was rocky, marked by an unfriendly staff member, and the room had its issues, like a weird smell and a jammed door. The noise from the street and park was relentless; sleep was a challenge. Parking was a hassle too-tight spots and a long walk for some. Great potential, but the experience didn't quite match the stunning views.

The efficiency suite was very clean and equipped with all necessary pots and pans for cooking. The Murphy bed was surprisingly comfortable, and waking up to the ocean view was a highlight. The room felt damp initially, requiring us to crank the AC down. Elevators were quick, making access to the 9th floor easy. The bathroom area was tight for four, but manageable. The outdoor sunbathing area was perfect for relaxing. Despite some outdated features in the hotel, the overall atmosphere was pleasant, and we appreciated the housekeeping service every day.

I loved how we could easily walk straight to the beach from our room, plus the boardwalk was right outside our door, making it super convenient to explore all the shops and restaurants nearby like the Beach House Bar & Grill, which was only a minute away, and with the Myrtle Beach SkyWheel just a few steps down the boardwalk, we had so much fun taking in the views; the hotel offers nice features like an on-site Tiki Bar and pools to relax in after our strolls, but some areas in the hotel could definitely use a little sprucing up.

Enjoyed the ocean views from the room and the tiki bar. The hotel offered fun beachy drinks and a lazy river. The location was perfect for exploring the area.

Room 608: stunning ocean view, superb proximity to the iconic skywheel and Riptide Restaurant. Ideal for those who appreciate convenience and a picturesque setting. my experience was marred by significant inconveniences. No elevators? Climbing stairs with a knee injury is impractical, particularly when I was given no prior warning about accessibility. Check-in was confusing and poorly marked; I got lost, wasting precious time. Staff interactions were disappointing-rudeness should never be part of the guest experience. The room was musty; I had to crank the AC to combat it. Did I enjoy the amenities? No time. A little more planning on their part could transform this place into a true gem.

First off, the location of the hotel was fantastic. Right on the beach with easy access to everything we wanted to do. The indoor and outdoor pools were great, especially for the kids. We also loved the tiki bar and coffee shop downstairs. there were a few things that didn't quite meet our expectations. The rooms felt very outdated and worn, especially for an oceanfront suite. The lack of hot water in the shower was a major letdown, and the response from maintenance was less than satisfactory. Another issue was with the housekeeping staff. We had a pretty unpleasant encounter with them, with one particular incident where they were really pushy and rude about cleaning our room. On the plus side, the pool area and spa were nice, but unfortunately, that was about the extent of the positives for us. The lack of free breakfast or a restaurant on-site was a downside, especially given the limited food options available.

Chilled at killer mini golf spots and got our splash on at the epic activity pool. The resort's vibe was totally rad for young peeps like us.

We wished for a banging on-site club for some legit party vibes.

Our romantic escape was enhanced by the stunning oceanfront view and the cozy sleeping space provided in the room. The location, right by the beach and close to Pier 14, offered us easy access to beautiful sunsets and relaxing walks along the boardwalk. Additionally, we appreciated the heated pools, which allowed us to enjoy a swim even in cooler weather.

We were disappointed to find out after arrival that the main pools were not operational during our stay, as this was a major factor in choosing the hotel. Having to use another hotel's pool, albeit inconveniently located, was a letdown.

the room was massive and clean - had a full kitchen with cabinets - full fridge - full stove - microwave - toaster. the oceanfront view from the balcony was breathtaking. plus, the continental breakfast was great and the pool area was very nice.

I had an amazing time at this beachfront property in Myrtle Beach. The location was unbeatable, just seconds from the beach and in the middle of everything. The lazy river and kiddie pool were a hit with my kids, while I enjoyed lounging in the comfortable chairs and keeping an eye on them. The room was spacious and clean, with a fantastic view of the ocean. The staff at the tiki bar, Crystal and Scott, were friendly and made great drinks!
